Meet Lori Duesing

For years, I did what so many women do—trying to eat better, stay consistent, and “get back on track”… only to find myself starting over again.

What I’ve learned, both personally and through my work, is that lasting change doesn’t come from more discipline—it comes from understanding what’s actually driving your habits.

Today, I guide women through that deeper work—helping them build habits that feel natural, not forced, so they can finally feel more at ease in their body and in control of their choices.

My background in health coaching, along with training in NLP and behavior change, allows me to support women in a way that goes beyond diets—so change actually lasts.

My faith shapes how I approach this work—with compassion, grace, and a focus on lasting change.

When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me running, traveling, and enjoying this season of life.

I met Lori on a running vacation in Ireland.  We got to know each other, and I expressed how difficult it is to lose weight.  I worked out and ran  long distances but something wasn’t working.  Lori scheduled weekly sessions with me focusing on healthy eating.  We got to the root of what I needed to achieve change and I am happy to say I did as well as maintain it.  When I feel myself reverting to old habits, I recall the “whys” and “goals” i want for a lifetime of health and mobility.
